Richard Perkins

Vice President - East

Richard Perkins is a seasoned operations executive with over 15 years of leadership driving growth, operational excellence, and team development across multi-unit QSR organizations. As Vice President - East of Quality Brands Group, Richard leads market operations across Florida and Texas, executing strategic initiatives that maximize profitability, standardize operational consistency, and elevate the guest experience.

Known for turning underperforming markets into high-margin operations, Richard combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on leadership. His deep expertise spans multi-unit management, P&L optimization, talent acquisition, and process improvement - consistently building strong, internal leadership pipelines that deliver measurable results.

Before stepping into his role as Vice President, Richard served as Regional Manager for Quality Brands Group, overseeing 32 multi-unit locations. His background also includes executive roles as Director of Operations for Surfside Coffee Company and General Manager for Boston Coffee, giving him broad experience in restaurant operations and organizational scaling.

Beyond operational strategy, Richard is dedicated to a people-first leadership culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and internal talent development. He is a certified ServSafe Proctor and stays actively engaged in his community as a Little League baseball coach, an active member of the Joy Foundation, and a partner with Captains for Clean Water.
